CoreLogic's MarketLinx Division is the dominant US provider of real estate multiple listing services, and SmartArrays is used to power the market statistics modules of their MLS products. SmartArrays provided an initial pilot implementation and mentoring to MarketLinx, and licensed SmartArrays software development kit and libraries for use by their own developers.

MarketLinx's MLS products give real estate agents up to the moment statistics on market conditions, and allow them to drill down on critical attributes like neighborhood and price range to produce reports that are meaningful to their specific client needs.
